Training Programs
We offer hands-on training designed to prepare individuals for real-world situations. Our programs focus on safety, awareness, and practical skills in emergency response, medical readiness, and outdoor survival.
What You'll Learn
Our programs are designed to give individuals and families real-world skills that build confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond when it matters most. Through hands-on training and honest conversations, participants gain practical knowledge that can be applied in everyday life and critical situations.
The Family Adventure Camp
A 4–5 hour family empowerment experience (Ages 7+)
The Family Adventure Camp uses wilderness survival as a powerful way to teach life skills that strengthen families. Participants learn practical survival techniques such as fire building, shelter construction, basic man-tracking, water purification, and resource management.
Each survival skill is paired with a meaningful life lesson that families can apply to everyday challenges. This experience encourages teamwork, communication, resilience, and confidence.
At its core, this program is part of our anti-gun violence initiative. When families grow stronger together, communities become safer.
Strong families build strong communities.
Gun Safety & Gun Violence Prevention
A one-hour family conversation (Ages 5+)
This program goes far beyond a basic firearm safety class. It is an open and honest conversation with parents about the responsibility that comes with gun ownership.
Topics include:
Safe firearm storage
How to talk to young children about guns
How to have meaningful conversations with teenagers about firearms
Addressing mental health and warning signs
Because most gun deaths result from suicide or negligent discharges, having “The Talk” with our families is essential. This class helps parents take proactive steps to keep their children and communities safe.
Save Our Daughters
A powerful two-hour presentation (Ages 10+)
This program exposes the real dangers facing young girls online and in the real world.
Using real-life examples from rescues I have personally been involved in, families learn how traffickers and predators use social media and everyday information to target young girls.
The presentation explains:
How predators gather information online
The tactics used to lure girls away
What families can do to protect their daughters
The program also includes a survivor’s testimony and a licensed counselor who is available to help families process questions or concerns in a safe and supportive environment.
Kids Lifesaver Class
Emergency skills for young heroes (Ages 8+)
With rising drug overdoses and gun violence, children are increasingly finding themselves present during emergencies. This class teaches kids how to respond calmly and effectively when seconds matter.
Students learn lifesaving skills including:
How and when to administer Narcan
Using an EpiPen
Applying direct pressure to stop bleeding
Tourniquet application
How to call for help and stay safe
The goal is to give children the confidence and knowledge to act bravely while staying safe until help arrives.
Church Safety & Active Shooter Response
Practical safety training for faith communities
This program adapts the Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events course specifically for the unique environment of a church.
This is not a lecture-based PowerPoint presentation. Instead, it is an interactive experience designed to engage and empower the congregation.
The training includes two parts:
Part 1 – Congregational Training
A church-wide event that teaches awareness, preparedness, and the proper mindset during an emergency.
Part 2 – Staff & Safety Team Training
A more in-depth course for church leaders and security members covering:
Marksmanship fundamentals
Moving safely in crowded environments
Room entry techniques
Responding to threats outside the building
Perimeter security
Camera and surveillance awareness
De-escalation strategies
Lessons learned from past church incidents
The goal is to create a safer environment where congregations can worship with confidence.
Community CPR, First Aid & Stop the Bleed
Free certification classes for the community
These classes provide essential lifesaving training for community members.
Participants receive instruction and certification in:
CPR
Basic First Aid
Stop the Bleed techniques
By equipping everyday citizens with these skills, we empower communities to respond quickly and effectively during emergencies when every second counts.
